I love Indian food, and while I was in Windsor for a medical conference, I frequented this restaurant a few times for lunch and dinner. This is some of the nicest Indian food I have had in a while (It's cooked in a British fashion, and everyone knows the world's best Indian food is in England). Service is very nice as well, felt welcome, not like a stranger. The best part was, the second or third time I came in there, it seemed like the waiter had known me for a while and treated me as a friend, not just a customer!

We occasionally visit windsor for business, and frequent this restaurant while we are in town. We love the food here and they are consistently good. Service is really good, the low reviews on this should try it again or maybe they dont know what they want out of a restaurant? ( we have been to this place over 10 times)

Service is really bad, if serve tasty food after a long wait. I dont mind waiting up to an hour if served good food after a long wait, but worse thing is after a long wait, i was served an awful food. Food served to us was not fresh and tasty, one can easily see the thick film on top of each dish served. Thick film can form on creamy curry sauce, if food is old and served recoocked. Naan was awful too, not soft, was hard to chew and bite. Only thing i liked was rice, i think they were fresh. I am not visiting again, definitely not.
