The manicure was rushed as someone came in for waxing. I was left to wait for 20 minutes while the lady serving me dealt with this other customer. I commented and then the lady serving me came running down. She quickly took me upstairs and put a mask on me and left me for 45 minutes without returning at any point to check on me. Abandoned, I went downstairs where the lady serving me was doing a pedicure for customer. I was there for 3 hours! I demanded a refund for the facial.
