Great service! Quality work! We make the drive from Brampton because it does not get better than the service Nikki provides at Crystal Custom Cleaner!

I went to get my dressed altered and was told it would take 4 days. The day before I was meant to pick it up they called me and told me they couldn't do the alterations without another $20 because extra work needed to be done. Frustrated and feeling as though this was unprofessional I asked her to again explain why she couldn't do the alteration. She was rude, spoke over me, and was disrespectful. She was not at all apologetic. I would not recommend this place their service is horrible.
