Came and filled our A/C unit when it ran out. Tech wrote on the bill that if he has to return this summer to fix the leak he will take $200 off the cost of the work. 3 weeks later A/C stops again. This time it took a week to do a leak, should have been 3 days and additional week to get everything working. Then refused to honor the $200 discount & charged my card. Took a month for them to return the $200 as promised. almost 2 full weeks no A/C with children under 2 in house.
