We re done with Renovco and desjardins. We had to hire a much smaller and cheaper contractor to get back the initial quality of our basement.
They dont show up and a 3 days job means 6 months with these guys
Renovco kept my $5000 deposit! I signed a contract with Renovco, and after a month they still had not provided me with the list of jobs that they would work from, even after I had provided them with a complete list on the day of the quote. They rescheduled my reno to begin 3.5 months after the original start date. I cancelled after waiting 2 months but they kept my $5000 deposit. Help!
