Vertdure Outaouais

I have tried to reach them several times by phone or via customer center and they never return my calls. I have 2 contracts that I want to cancel because I no longer live in the propriety (it has been sold) and I just cannot do it !

We were sold on getting treatment of weeds but - nope they did not do any treatment of that, and complaints did nothing to help it.

Pire compagnie, pire service!! Faite surtout attention en donnant votre cheque VOID, ils se permettent de vous inscrire pour 2 ans à leur service!!! J’ai annulé mon contrat, ils ne disent qu’il a un délai de 4 semaines pour mon remboursement!! Ne perdez pas votre temps

Pay attention when your contract starts and ends. Don't expect "4 years" to be 48 months... I wanted to finish the contract after exactly 48 months and expected to receive the anual service four times. Very cranky lady told me on the phone we have to make payments till december, even if 4 years expired in June. And they were also late with the work. Also, tried to find out what kind of fertilizer they used, the answer was "I don't know, I have a lot of work to do, bye now" (July 17th, 12:05pm).

Mon terrain est pire quavant Vertdure. La 1ère année que jai habité ici, il y a eu une sécheresse (2016). Malgré le fait que le terrain soit devenu jaune, il est resté bien. En 2017, les traitements ont commencé. Vertudre nest jamais venu arroser la mauvaise herbe une fois en 2 étés. Ils ont refusé une fois quand jai appelé. En 2018, la personne passait la carroteuse tellement vite que ça ne faisait quarracher des bout dherbe. Mon terrain est plein de mauvaise herbe et de trous.
