Service pitoyable. Le ban de neige de la ville n'est jamais enlevé tôt le matin même si c'est écrit dans le contrat. De plus, ils viennent vers la fin de la journée. Résultat: je suis en otage toute la journée. À chaque tempête, je suis obligée d'appeler. Ce n'est pas normal. Je suis vraiment insatisfaite.
