Ongles Mod's

It was the visibility of the location at the corner of Saint Catherine Street and Greene Avenue that attracted the owner of Mod's Nails to settle in Westmount. He had immediately noticed the presence of Mod's Hair and decided to name his establishment "Mod's Nails" to create a collaboration between the two businesses. Since then, both salons have worked together, while remaining two separate entities.

Mod's Hair sends its customers to get their manicures at Mod's Nails, and vice versa, for haircuts. The partnership has worked so well, the two businesses now have an adjoining door to facilitate the passageway between the salons. It is not unusual to see customers come into Mod's Nails between colouring and blow-drying — the partnership obviously works well for the customers and for the owners.
