I have been trying to speak to a live person and waited 20 minutes before finally hanging up. Tried again 2 more times and hung up after 10 and 15 mins. Someone (recording) has called me to tell me my account is about to be closed if I don't send money right away. I am pretty sure this is a scam but I want to make sure. I would also like to talk about my VISA account but I can't get through. What can I do???
