This McDonalds is a joke!! The last 5 times I have ordered (3 times drive-thru) and 2 times inside my order has been completely wrong! Perhaps it is time to ensure that the staff @ this location learn to understand/read English!! The person taking the order at the drive-thru always gets it correct. However, when I pick up the order at the window they never get it right! Each time I have ordered the Signature Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap GRILLED, I end up with CRISPY chkn.,bacon/tomato RIDICULOUS
From all the McDonald's in the city this one has to be the worst one I went to. The employers aren't kind or greeting at all. Every time I have come to this location they seem to have an attitude. They have messed up my order multiple times where there was a missing fry in the bag, burger, or when there was a hair in my fry. I even told them to please repeat the order to me to make sure it was right and when I got the bag the order was still wrong. Won't be coming to the Rochdale location again.
