Poor service!!! Do not go there if you value your time. They have the longest wait time I have ever experienced (including when I go there with sick kids). The male receptionist is extremely rude and has no regard for patients. There was a time he told me to wait to see a particular doctor and after waiting for several minutes,I followed up with him only for him to say the doctor wasnt available. He was unapologetic eventhough I’d have wasted additional time if I had not followed up with him.

very very slow service, dr.s seem good but office is run badly, seems like nothing has changed in 2-3 years.

Third time coming to this place .NEVER NEVER NEVER again.I never post my thoughts but again made an appointment and sat waiting for an hour and a half for Anoche.She smiled took my blood pressure and said it was High.You think!!!!.Sitting for 1 1/2 hours who's wouldn't be high.3 times and every time long wait.

Very poor service if you are looking fast service do not come here . Plz waiting time is 2 hours if you have headache, or if you have unbearable pain. They don't care just wait wait wait not happy at all plz refer another doctor in the city.

Leaving a message on the telephone for an appointment is not being returned. Arriving for scheduled appointment. You don't get into see the doctor till about 2 hours later.

Terrible experience with Dr Anochie. FIrstly the office was disgustingly dirty. The floors were wet and muddy and the staff wore jeans and hoodies. Dr Anochie wouldn't prescribe antibiotics and we ended up visiting another medi clinic the next day as the infection had spread to the ears and throat. We will never go here again and I would suggest to anyone looking for a doctor to not go here. They should be ashamed of the office and staff.

Extreamly unprofessional workplace. No one wore scrubs, not even the doctor I saw. The place was absolutely filthy and they asked people to take off their shoes so that we could walk on the water and mud caked floors with our socks. The wait time was unbearable. Dr. Anochie wasn’t interested in listening to my symptoms she didn’t even check my ears and didn’t prescribe me any antibiotics for my obvious throat and ear infection. I had to visit another doctor the next day. I’m never visiting again

Dr. Offiah is good but the receptionists leave a lot to be desired. They always forget at least one of the prescriptions and the pharmacists say they are impossible to reach which is true. I usually sit and wait to see a doctor at least one hour

Very poor services.the waiting process is so long , I can not stand it. More than two hours, I am still waiting.

A truly frustrating experience to book or change an appointment here by phone. You rarely get an answer even during business hours. Most of the time you get an answering machine that says "sorry we can't take your call, goodbye". Once you do you have an appointment I have found the doctors to be cold and un interested.

Phoned to book an appointment 30 minutes before office closed. They put me on hold for 20 minutes. My husband called them back on his cell phone and they were closed!

Poor service, book an appointment, still wait 1.5-2 hours. Only use as last resort.

Difficult to make appointments

The Dr's are knowledgable, caring and empathetic. The structure of the office with its computer scheduling appointment system is not user friendly for patients, nor is the phone answering system. Messages left on answering machine by patients or pharmacy are not returned in a timely fashion. Cindy Mott
