    Love it!

Kristy has been the only piercing artist I trust near my face for almost two years. I've never had a bad experience here. The shop is always clean, the staff are nice and know what they're doing and it's a great environment to be in.

Cheryl I am sorry you were not happy with your experience and we wish to we could research our customers to ensure they will read and follow after care instructions given to them by knowing that washing your tattoo and taking care of it is part of the tattoo process. As I posted our entire conversation on facebook you clearly admitted your did not wash your tattoo and we helped you everyday with the aftercare to get it healed after you completely ruined it. If anyone wants the truth behind Cheryl Bendicks post you can read the truth on our facebook page under reviews.... Review pages can't even be taken seriously anymore as people abuse them and unfortunately in this case we are being blamed for her after care issues. "Cheryl Bendick Cheryl After the first soak I patted it dry and went to bed. Nothing else. The next day it was dry and itchy so I coated it with the cream and rubbed it in. I have showered every second day and patted it dry. I really don't care how it got there Unless you need that info to tell me what to do next. I just want to know if I should just continue leaving it or should I be doing something to treat it. As far as I can tell it doesn't have any infection but you would have seen more healing than I so seeking advise as to what to do now. Our reply The issue you are having is that the plasma, blood, and vaseline was not removed from the initial soak. You should have no scabbing period, there should be tiny little flecks of skin thats it for the first peel. The reason why we use a tub for the first soak is that it has to be hot enough water to properly open pores and let the plasma etc out, if you do not do this step properly then heavy scabbing happens as you have and you can clearly see the yellow tinge in your scabs. Just so you understand I to am from the medical field as a nurse and you have to remember that bacteria is on your body and when you bath you are removing it, whether in a shower or bath you are "cleaning yourself" The shower will not work as you can not soak it, but a tub is clean as most people do clean their tubs, you have to remember that people take baths daily with open wounds and they are fine, our after care is approved by the health board. The second wrap is another important step as it gets everything you didn't get out - out. Then you have to do the soak again to rid that and wash it, meaning you literally have to take your hand and rub tiny little circles to rid the slime. Then you let it air dry and DO NOT apply anything till the little flakes appear and its tight. I can tell you have had extreme tightness and that is a stress crack from to much scabbing and of course your arm has to flex hence pressure. So to fix this you need to get that scabbing off, soak it please no showers you need to rub the area after a good soak to get that slime scabs off (but ensure you rub gently and in tiny circles) this will take a few times over the course of a few days. Then I want you to apply polysporine to ensure you do not get an infection. Please send us a picture daily to ensure its healing properly thank you

    Kendall (piercer)...

Kendall (piercer) is amazing. Went in for my first time, she explained everything perfectly, and did the piercing itself so quickly that it barely hurt at all. If I ever get more, she will be the one I go to.

of course you would leave another review after shutting down our facebook review page because of your immature behaviour. Kirsten did not like the fact that I would not pierce her cheeks since she lived 4.5 hours away when I politely asked her why she rated us on facebook she not only was over the top rude by calling me names, she called others who responded to her childish behaviour names. Then she posted a fake review on google claiming to be Amanda about a lip piercing which was also found to be untrue as no lip piercing had be done and google confirmed it was her ip address. She has done this to other businesses and that is why she has to travel such a distance to receive services. I am sorry that you do not know how to take a polite no for an answer, but throwing a full out temper tantrum on facebook, having facebook shut down our review page is a bit much don't you think. I wish I could post the screen shot of her melt down but this will not let me upload the pictures
