Unbelievable restaurant. You walk in, and you are just immersed in this romantic atmosphere, complete with pianist and the singing host. Coat check is efficient, and you are whisked away to your table where everything is taken care of as quickly as possible all the time. The food was out of this world, and amazing for the relatively cheap prices. The filet mignon was fantastic...highly recommend. Service is amazing, food is amazing, and the atmosphere is unbelievable. I will go here again, but I'd perhaps save it for special occasions in order to keep this place extra-special.
I'm new to the city and heard mixed reviews...however, the food is fabulous....apples and cinnamon with pork tenderloin and maple butter...wwwwow.. incredible.
Also had the 'make at your table' caesar salad and cherries jubilee - finished off with a glass of port. It was absolutely wonderful and I'll be back....with friends.
Superb! This is how a restaurant should be run. The service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is terrific. I love the fact that there is live piano and that Jack DiCarlo will sing for you on request. It is the little touches that make this one of, if not, thebest restaurant in London. The food is good. Although I have had better food at other places, I still choose Michaels frequently for the overall experience.
Service is fantastic. All staff make this restaurant feel like a 5 star place. Love the live entertainment, very enjoyable.
Food is very good, nicely presented and portions are a good size. Lamb chops were expensive though and not much meat on them.
