Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours.
