What an absolute delight to find Theo’s Farm on Old East Saanich Road on Vancouver Island. My sister Joanne and I went to pick blueberries thinking we would be squatting and sweating up a storm and batting off the bugs but on the contrary….the blueberry bushes were off the ground at eye level and bursting with ripe berries much like you might find in a grapevine orchard. We had the pleasure to meet the original owner’s son Theo and his wife who weighed our bounty of berries.
