Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped. Read more

He asked questions about where I would be using it and what type of flooring I would be cleaning. I was very happy to find out that he also services everything he sells. That sure beats a trip to the box store out of town where I may have made a purchase and found that it was not working to my liking. I did not find that the store smelled of smoke at all as the previous reviewed noted. I feel good supporting local merchants and will continue to, as to me that's what community is all about.
