We have taken our cats here for many years and been very pleased with the staffs handling of checkups, emergencies and needles. But today I was completely blown away: our cat went missing back in April and I had called to see if he was there. They took my info and said they would be in touch if he turned up. Well I received that call 4 months later! We are ecstatic to have our little guy back and it's all thanks to the mystery family we assume took him in when he went missing, they nice lady who found him in the park and the clinic staff who were caring and thorough enough to look through their records before sending him off to a shelter. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely excellent clinic, with its emphasis on offering the best available veterinarian services. Owner and feline veterinarian extraordinaire Dr.Liz O’Brien sets the bar high for the staff and their care (and caring) cannot be faulted. I have been taking my cats to The Village Cat Clinic in Ancaster for 25 years and have never had cause for concern. Stellar organization and I recommend it without hesitation.

We took all of our small animals and dogs for care at this clinic over a 13 year period and we had nothing but a positive experience each and every visit even in the worst circumstances. I first met Dr. Melissa while she was working at another veterinary clinic. I choose to drive out to Copetown (35 minutes) because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my senior pet rabbit. She's extremely attentive, thorough, and an amazing veterinarian. You can really tell how much she cares when caring for my pet bunny and I'm extremely appreciative of that. I have been using Mountain Animal Hospital for three years and I love these vets! Each of them and their team. They know my babies, they understand my budget concerns (with five pets, it does become a concern), and do what they can to make my critters enjoy their visits. My dog actually wags her tail here (a first at a vet clinic), my older cat doesn't hiss at them (good for her, opinionated as she is), and my youngest will love and take treats even when she knows she's at the doctor's. When discussing my pets and their care, these vets listen and understand my concerns and my expertise with my babies. My littlest had to have surgery to remove a ruptured eye and recovered beautifully! Within hours of being home, she demanded to be back with the family. No backlash from this surgery or her spay. These vets will truly take care of your critters and do some in a fashion that is respectful of you as their human parents.

There is not enough room in this box for me to write everything about how wonderful this clinic is. We consider them family and my Eddy and Francesca just adore everyone there. Dr. Trisha, Lindsey, Anne , Alicia , MacKenzie and Jason. ( sorry if we missed anyone) You won't find a better place to take your fur babies where the staff actually cares so much about not only your pet but you.
