Gary spent time helping me diagnose and fix a problem with my Cellphone audio for no charge, by pointing me to simple online DIY solutions. It never would have occurred to me - I would have spent $800 on a new phone because nobody stocked the replacement parts.
Came to our house to try to fix our TV; agreed on home visit price. But then we were charged just for his time. He didn't even fix the issue we had with our televison! Never using this business again. Very disappointng waste of money.
We are sorry the customer did not understand that sometimes, the television cannot be fixed in the home and must go to the shop for service and yes there are additional charges for that service which the customer did not want to pay.

Excellent service.... Gary went out of his way to help me get my television fixed, even delt with the difficult service agents when I was dealing with a warranty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
