    If you are looking for customer service this is not the person you want. I needed a iphone charging port replaced & in doing so Gary broke a circuit to battery. He insisted he replace the battery since it would no longer hold a charge (battery always worked perfect). He is good at covering himself as he requires you to prepay 100% and sign a waiver. After several calls, I got a refund but Gary refused to put the phone back together - said I cant have my cake and eat it too. Terrible experience.

Some of what you write is not my language, but I will accept you had a need to say it. In all of our 46 years servicing electronic equipment, sometimes things just do not work out, thus your full refund.

    Awesome service within 24 hours of Gary getting my TV in to service we knew what was wrong received a letter to submit to the warranty holders and within the next 24 hrs. the warranty holders honored his findings. I thank you sir.

    Gary diagnosed and repaired a Samsung forty inch TV for me. I had a 28 yr old infra red remote control for a ceiling fan/light system that had quit working about a year ago, which I took to Gary on the off-chance he might be able to fix it as controls of that model are no longer available. He found the problem as soon as he opened the control and re-soldered the broken part, now the control is in good working order. Gary briefed me thoroughly on work required and cost estimate - Great Service

    Gary ordered parts for the wrong model then charged me for installing a charge port he didn’t have. Gary blamed me for telling him the wrong model but I took the phone out of the case and handed it to him for inspection, the model number is right on the back of the phone. To top it off the Touch ID no longer works Inn my iPhone 6s. I don’t trust him to fix the Touch ID. I got a rebate on the cost of the charge port so I got a new screen and a screen protector on a broken phone for $235.00

    We have been waiting for the BBB to reply to Mr. Burke's claim. The BBB has closed the file on this customer and we retain our A+ rating. Mr. Burke made his own decisions and choices.

    Called and were taken care of in record time. The problem was minor and Gary told us what to purchase and where. He charged us $0.00 Bought the part for $10.00 at Walmart and our cell phone is now up and running again,. Thank you Gary. We will recommend this company to our friends and relatives and if any problems arise with any of our other electronics, we KNOW WHO TO CALL
