Good quality shed, was built quick but delivery was terrible. Cancelled 3 times, didn’t show up no phone calla no notice. 100% would not recommend because it is a battle to receive anything from them.
Just received my Old Hickory building today. love the building 14 x 24 lofted barn style. The service on the other hand was terrible, from the dealer that I originally ordered it from, to the delivery service, to the building company itself. Couldnt get anyone to return any of my calls for delivery info. Even when I called the factory this morning, they knew 2 had left the lot but no one could me any of them were mine. So a month over due, and very frustrated it finally arrived.
Fantastic people and top quality products. The young gentlemen who delivered and built our shed on site were incredibly skilled and very patient with our multiple questions. John and George paid extreme attention to every small detail, were very efficient and worked well together. We could not be more happy with our new building and highly recommend Waugh’s River Buildings with absolutely no hesitation.
