I work for a large property management company and I have worked with Dependible for a number of years. I didn’t have a great deal of experience starting out but have had one situation after another they have offered expert advice and by far the best service!! Tom knows everything there is to know and I wouldn’t go anywhere else partly from loyalty but more because I have never needed to.
I have been to Dependable to buy parts for my home appliances a couple of times and have always had great service including some advice on my appliance repairs. I would recommend them to anybody.

I am so very impressed with the staff and service at Dependable Appliances, Kingston. The technician, John, worked extra hard to diagnose what was wrong with my GE refrigerator, and to replace defective parts, all before the long weekend in August, 2015. He did not have to do that. It was a kindness to me so I wouldnt have to pull all my food out of the freezer...such a relief.
The labour cost was kept under one hour.Thank you John and Gillian who helped me get ready for the service call.
