I came to Toronto Quality Motors and I bout my first vehicle 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA .The best experience I have ever had buying vehicle. . They did excellent job by advising me which car to buy. They have changed my tires for free, did maintenance work which was not in their scope or agreement. I had new credit and they helped me to get the best rate . A few staff members are pleasant however? the owner will sell you a lemon then stop answering your calls. I was sold a car that needed a new Engine and would not see me two months after I bought it and the Engine light came on. I was sold a vehicle that wouldnt legally pass an Ontatio safety. I begged them to take care of me but it appears they rather make a sale. I do not recommend this company from experience. Been one month since the owner said he would call me back and he has not.
khaled was very helpful with the purchasing of our new car. Hes very professional and polite. He was great to work with and always tried his best to help us and reassure us with any concerns we had. They are very knowledgeable, family oriented environment, love cars but most importantly they take care of their customers. They are very busy so patience is needed when they are extremely busy.
