3293 Lawrence Ave. East Terrible service, salseperson (Sam) kept forgetting my name and seemed to totally ignore what i was saying. I was told the car had one owner was off lease and was accident free - not so. Had to call them multiple times to get the carproof, carproof showed that the car had been in a major front end accident - $8000 worth of damage on a car that was selling for $11,990 before taxes. So glad i had not left any deposit, they wanted $500, DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR A CAR YOU WANT CHECKED OUT, YOUR NOT LIKELY TO GET IT BACK. When i wanted to bring the car to my mechanic Sam tried to get me to agree to go the where he "know's the guys", i was insistant on my own mechanic seeing the car but after i got the carproof i decided to look elsewhere. MY advise: do your research on any used car your are considering, don't feel pressured to put a deposit down, there is ALWAYS another used car for sale somewhere so don't fall in love with any car, you should be able to walk away at any time and that is our only leverage as consumers. I was referred to them by my friend , she bought car from 2 cars from them, they helped to get financing even though my credit was not good, I would recommend them and I would buy car from them
