We had a great group of guys come to the house - Kevin, Jason, Leigh and Andrew. Together they installed a water softener, steam humidifier and thermostat. They kept me updated with the progress, showed me how to use the equipment and were easy to get along with - obviously professionals. Enjoying our new equipment already!

Leigh from Knight heating came to fix my furnace. When he arrived I was super stressed because I honestly thought I had a major problem. He was so patient, calming, and kind and showed me everything that he was doing while fixing the furnace (which turned out to be the humidifier) so that I could understand where the problem was coming from. I appreciate SO much when someone takes the time to teach something. The service was so reasonably priced, and he did an incredibly thorough job!!

I received a new furnace, humidifier, and water pressure valve. It all started when my furnace started to fail. I called Knight and a Geoff explained that replacement was a better choice than repair. Jon then came a few days later and replaced the furnace and humidifier as promised. It was then determined I needed a new water pressure valve and Kris was there the next day to replace it. All three gentlemen were very professional and prompt. Also, the office staff were excellent as well.
