My hot water tank suddenly died and I had no hot water at all (brrrr). I looked up Knight and saw the great reviews so decided to see if they could urgently help me which they did. That same day Jay came and was able to replace the tank right away. There was no mess to clean up afterwards and he was very respectful of my home. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The installation you can tell if expertly done. Thanks guys for your help from Robert and Patricia Woo!!

We had our hot water tank replaced and water line run to our refrigerator. Jason assessed work and provided me a quote and explanation of what work he would be doing. Upon completion, he cleaned up his work area band then explained pertinent details regarding the hot water tank and warranty details for future use. I definitely recommend this company as a go to company. Jason is very Customer focused and an valuable asset to his company.
