Three services in total. It was an old mid-efficient furnace that was getting to the end of life. In short, Knight Plumbing replaced some parts, then when issues continued they transferred credit for the new parts towards a new furnace. Would recommend this company and the gentlemen who worked on my furnace. Willi, Andrew, Geoff, and Kevin all did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Knight Plumbing.

The whole experience from Knight was excellent. The dispatcher knew that it was not an emergency so they planned to have 1 technician with the skills for the different items to come. When my availability changed, Knight was able to accomodate us with 2 technicians without a separate trip charge. Kevin and Jay from Knight were excellent. Clear communication during every step of the process. Would use Knight again for my HVAC / Plumbing needs.

Furnace repair I called 5 companies that day to repair my furnace, and only Knight Plumbing had a real person answering the phone. The others had only answer machines to leave a message. Friendly contractor, timely done, but pricey.
